Creating an activity template

IMPORTANT: Do not modify the title of the task template unless it is a minor change to the wording. Any modifications are duplicated to the associated task in Recordbase including all closed tasks.

Due to the risk of impacting historical data, please do not repurpose tasks that are already in use.

  • Select the Administration menu
  • Select Site settings
  • Select Activity templates
  • Select New
  • Populate at least all mandatory fields
  • Click Save
