Dropdown lists
Dropdown lists are used throughout Recordbase to enable users to select standard organisation responses for record management. Dropdown lists that have a severe impact on reporting have been locked.
Due to the risk of impacting historical data, please do not repurpose fields that are already in use.
Dropdown lists can have multiple associated Parent/Child relationships. Parents are items with multiple related items or children. A child item relates to parent items.
For example, Maori is a Parent item and the Iwi is the Child item
