Menu function role permissions

IMPORTANT: Access to the roles permission functionality is restricted by Wild Bamboo. Please submit a request to the support desk if you require access.

Organisations can request renaming of screens within Recordbase, the following documentation is using the default Recordbase naming conventions for Role permissions.

Note all roles will always be able to see the Help and My account example, if the user was only given access to Elite then the Help and My account menu options would be available.

Access to client data works in conjunction with User team, private, blacklist, whitelist access. Once the user has access to the client via team or whitelist, the Role permission access will allow access to the relevant screens client data.

Client validation summary has no permission association so if an Organisation has the functionality enabled users with Personal details permission enabled the role will see all data.

Clinical history has permission association so the role needs to have associated permissions for users to be able to view the data.

Risk alert has no permission association so if an Organisation has this functionality enabled users see this alert on a client record regardless of if they have Risk permissions enabled.

Employment and Support plans have their own rules regarding what a user can or cannot do, so permission to take an action eg. new or edit is not entirely the responsibility of the Role permissions see Support Employment documentation.

Table below is describing permissions in the context of open referrals.

* In the table below where a permission option is unavailable example, Personal details does not have the permission options, Create, Delete, Admin.
