Some activities happen once, some happen regularly. If they happen regularly, Recordbase allows you to take those activities and repeat them into the future so that you dont have to record the same details every time.
Recurrence or repeating activities take the main details of the activity and projects them out ahead of time, scheduling them in your and your client's calendar. It doesnt fill in all of the details and there is an expectation that you come back and enter notes or change attendance after the activity has taken place.

What are repeating activities?
Recurring activities take an activity that you have created and copy the important details into new activities either projected out until a date or for a number of occurrences, up to a maximum of 28 activities.
This creates the main parts of the activity and will add it to your and your client's calendar, however, it is expected that these activities are reviewed after they occur to add notes or update attendance where necessary. It is important to note that even without reviewing them, Recordbase still treats them as actual activities for the purpose of reporting and PRIMHD submission.
To help manage these activities, Recordbase flags activities that are for a future date as scheduled or for review when the activity date has passed but the activity has not been edited.

Repeating an activity
To repeat an activity first find the activity that you want to repeat and view its details.
Select the Repeat button and fill in the details required.
Select when the activity should start repeating from and the days that it should occur.
NOTE: The activity will be repeated on the days of the week selected on or after the beginning date. If the beginning date does not match the days selected it will not have an activity created on it.
Recordbase allows you to create a maximum of 28 activities into the future, you can either select an end date and Recordbase will create up to 28 activities between the beginning and end date or as many activities that fit between the two dates if it is less than 28. The other option is to specify the number of activities to create and Recordbase will create that number on the days selected from the beginning date.
