Person Interaction types

A person interaction is something that happened in the client's life, but which you weren't necessarily involved in. For example, certain funders want to know when a service user last visited their GP and even though you weren't part of that interaction between client and GP, you may still want to know about it.

Different types of interactions can be configured for your organisation so that you can record anything that is important to you.

Creating/Editing person interaction types requires the person interactions management permission.

Please contact your organisation's Recordbase administrator to make changes or grant you permissions.
