MyRecord

MyRecord is Recordbase’s client portal that allows clients to access and interact with their personal information in a secure and controlled manner. It includes direct messaging capabilities, enabling real-time communication.

How to Check if MyRecord is Enabled

MyRecord needs to be enabled for your organisation by Wild Bamboo. To verify if it is already enabled:

  1. Open a client’s file in Recordbase.
  2. Look for the ‘MyRecord’ and ‘Direct Messaging’ tabs in the sidebar:

If these tabs are visible, it means that MyRecord is available for use within your organisation.

While MyRecord may be enabled at an organisational level, access to it is not automatically granted to all clients. You will need to enable MyRecord access for each client individually through their file.

Note: There is no option to enable it globally for all clients at once.

Custom Configuration for MyRecord

Wild Bamboo works closely with organisations to tailor the MyRecord system according to their needs. As MyRecord permissions are an additional role within Recordbase, specific sections of the client record can be enabled or disabled as required.
