Why can't I add an Activity or a Note or an Attachment to a inactive file

The ability to do things in Recordbase is determined by role permissions.���

To check what role permissions a role has, for activities or notes or attachments:

• Go to Administration -> Roles
• View the required role
• Select�
• Check what level of permissions Activities or Notes or Attachments is set to for Recently discharged referrals and Closed referrals:

• All these levels of permissions do not allow you to create a new activity or Note or Attachment:
  • No access
  • Read only
  • Read|Edit

• These levels of permissions all all
  
  • Read|Edit|Create
  • Read|Edit|Create|Delete
  • Read|Edit|Create|Delete|Admin
