Why can't I add an Activity or a Note or an Attachment to a inactive file
The ability to do things in Recordbase is determined by role permissions.���
To check what role permissions a role has, for activities or notes or attachments:
- Go to Administration -> Roles
- View the required role
- Select�
- Check what level of permissions Activities or Notes or Attachments is set to for Recently discharged referrals and Closed referrals:
- All these levels of permissions do not allow you to create a new activity or Note or Attachment:
- No access
- Read only
- Read|Edit
- These levels of permissions all all
- Read|Edit|Create
- Read|Edit|Create|Delete
- Read|Edit|Create|Delete|Admin
