How tos
Copying a previously created group activity
Group activities are commonly utilised for events that occur regularly. Recordbase makes it easy to copy an existing group activity.
To create a duplicate of an existing group activity, click on either the Part clone or Full clone button next to that activity. A new group activity window will be opened, with one or all the following areas populated depending on how the organisation has this setup
- The subject
- Notes
- Times will default to the current time and will need to be edited
- Facilitators
- Teams and service-user attendees will be copied from the selected activity and will be included in the prior event source
Note that even though attendees will be copied over, you will still need to mark them as Present or DNA.
The breakdown is not copied across and will need to be re-added for each team- Click on the Add group activity button at the bottom of the page. Your activity has been created against all the participants.
