Problem
When logging in via an iOS device (iPad/iPhone) you might encounter an error where it is asking you to download login, this will result in you not being able to log in for a period of time.
The cause of this is due to some "smarts" within apple that can block re-directs (websites bouncing you around different parts of the internet) within a browser, occasionally during the process of logging in and out Recordbase can trip this and stop you from logging in.
Steps to fixA couple of steps to resolve the issue and allow you to log in again
1. Close the browser tab and reopen.
In the browser click on the tab button, which will display all of your open tabs
Click on the X for the Recordbase login tab to close that tab
If it is the only tab open a new one will be opened and you can navigate to Recordbase and log in again. If there are other tabs open and you want a new one to use Recordbase click on the + and a new tab will be created.
2. Close the browser and reopen
If step 1 didn't work, the next step is to close the browser and reopen it. Don't worry this won't close any tabs that you currently have open.
On the device double tap on the home button to bring up a screen of all of the applications currently running.
Swipe up on the browser application to close it. Return to the main page by pressing the home button again and reopen the browser.
