How tos
Goal Plan Actions
A goal plan can consist of different steps, called Actions in Recordbase. On completion of all actions, the status of a goal plan can be marked as 100% to indicate the goal plan is completed.
Creating an Action
From the client screen, click Goal Plan from the left-hand side menu:
- Click View for the appropriate goal plan
- Click New in the top right corner of the Actions tab
- Type the Action. This is what the client needs to do to complete the goal, and what steps do they need to take.
- Complete Due date, if required.
- Select an owner for the action (whose responsibility it is to complete this action).
- Choose the status.
- Click Save.
