Creating a Medical test

To create a new medical test record, from the client screen click Medical Tests on the left-hand side menu:

• Click New.
• Select a Date and Test type.
• Click Save.

• If you know the results of the medical test you can add them now.

A medical test will change from �Waiting for Results� to �Completed� once information is entered into the Results section of a medical test.
