How tos
Adding and editing a Registered Practitioner
Each registered prescriber needs to be setup in Recordbase before their name can be used on a prescription. Many of the details that appear on a prescription about the prescriber and their practice is setup against each prescriber. You may need your administrator to do this for you.
- Open the Site Settings window (Administration > Site Settings)
- Select Prescribers. The list of current prescribers setup in the system will be displayed.
- To edit an existing prescriber, click the View button next to their name, and then click Edit.
- To add a new prescriber to your Recordbase system, click on the New button at the top of the list of prescribers screen.
- Add the details for the prescriber and their practice and ensure that they are marked as 'Active' if you are ready to use them immediately. Inactive prescribers are not available in the prescriber dropdown.
