How tos
Re-Assigning/transferring an incident
Sometimes you may not be the best person to investigate the incident (i.e. time pressures or skill set) so you need to transfer it to another investigator. To do this follow the below steps:
- In the Health and safety tab, find and open the incident (if not already open). Alternatively click on the link from the notification e-mail.
- Click Dashboard (if not displayed already) from the left-hand side menu.
- This will launch to the Dashboard. Click Transfer Ownership.
- Select a different reporter from the list.
- Click Save
- A window stating that the incident has been successfully re-assigned, will be displayed.
- Click Close to close the window.
