How to add a client to a Whitelist

The Whitelist feature in Recordbase allows users to access specific clients that would otherwise be restricted. This includes clients who have referrals linked to Teams the user does not normally have access to, as well as clients who have been marked as private.

  1. Click on Users and Roles 
  2. Click on Users 
  3. Select the Recordbase User from the list 
  4. Click on Whitelist
  5. Click on Add 
  6. Click on Person and enter the name of the client 
  7. Click on Start Date and enter the date the Whitelist will start 
  8. Click on the Requested By field and enter the name of the person who has requested the Whitelist
  9. Type the Reason for the Whitelist
  10. Click on Save
