PRIMHD Extract Error - Date of review after the referral end date

Once you receive the notification that the PRIMHD extract acknowledgement has been uploaded into Recordbase, you can view the PRIMHD extract acknowledgement for any errors.

Error: Date of review after the referral end date

The error is caused by the review date being after the referral end date.

The error could be caused by:

• An incorrect referral end date

or

• An incorrect review date

Please Note: the review date defaults to today's date when backdating this date needs to be changed to the actual date the review was carried out. 

To fix

Once it is established which date is incorrect, then edit the date to prevent the error from re-occurring.
