Creating a Goal Plan

From the client screen:

  • Click Goal Plan 
  • Click New

If your organisation has created goal plan templates, you will be asked to either pick a template or choose not to use a template.

  • Enter the Goal Plan title, Enter the Goal Plan Start date.
  • If known, type information in the other fields on the screen and click Save.
