Protocols
Protocols serve as documented standards for addressing situations that arise during care events.
A Recordbase user can establish a protocol to ensure that staff assisting a client are informed on how to aid the client with a task while minimising risks and issues.
Protocols can be templated to prevent you from having to re-type a protocol multiple times, but still, leave you with the flexibility to customise them for each client.
Protocols can be managed with permissions to limit who has access to create, edit or remove a protocol, depending on your level of permissions some of these features may not be available to you. Discuss this option with your organisation's superuser to make sure you have access to the features you need.
